Weekly Wrap Up: Stain Glass Windows Somewhere Deep Inside the Middle Ages

Still happily in the Middle Ages, we took some time to admire Cathedrals and stained glass windows.

Cutting a 'template' out of black construction paper, the kids were able to take some colored tissue paper and glue it over each opening.

To make things more manageable, we did 1/2 of the 'window' at a time and then put them together when we hung them up.

AND....I'm happy to say, the castle finally gets its' first coat of paint....a little grey, a little brown, a little green.....then, after it's dry the windows and other finishing touches will go on.
