"Hate that sinking feeling you get when you realize that dinner's in fifteen minutes and you have no idea what to make?"

"Want to save time and money? Want to spend more time with your family and less with your pots and pans?"

"Homemade Convenience Foods shows you how. Use this easy-to-learn system and you will have wholesome,  freshly-prepared meals on the table in fifteen minutes or less."

Homemade Convenience Foods differs from other cooking methods in that author Marcia Washburn  teaches you short cuts to prep and freeze commonly used food ingredients in order to have dinner on the table within 15 minutes 3-4 meals a week.  Through trial and error she has developed this method while cooking for her family of 7.

Marcia walks you thorough the steps in developing and stocking three pantries in your home:  a cupboard pantry, a refrigerator pantry and a freezer pantry.

For example:

For your frozen pantry, she suggests pre-chopping and freezing small quantities of frequently used veggies and pre-cooking and freezing basic meats.

All three "pantries" come with worksheets where Marcia lists her basics and gives you room to list yours.

Also included are 18 pages of recipes from meals, to breads to kid-friendly dishes.

Throughout these recipes are tips on how to save time and most recipes are given with microwave heating time for even faster prep!

This 34 page ebook retails for $5.99.  Order your copy by November 12th and pay only $4.99!

  5. This sounds helpful. We freeze some things ahead, like an extra pan of lasagna. Often individual things get icy in our freezer. I'd like to learn her tips.
