Fitness Friday: Introducing ShapelyGirl Fitness

Homeschooling and health....what do they have to do with one another?  Well, if you are talking about the health of the head of the 'homeschooling unit', it is a vital part!

During the month of October, I will be participating with 27 other ladies in a health and fitness 'challenge' centered around ShapelyGirl Fitness DVD's.

"ShapelyGirl Fitness is a Health/Wellness/Fitness company whose platform passionately believes that “FITNESS COMES IN MANY SIZES”. We want all women, no matter what size, shape or weight to move their bodies in order to be fit/healthy. Our goal is to give all women the chance to look good and feel even better about themselves. In the past, the fitness industry has catered to the average size woman who was under a size 10. Today, the average woman is a size 14."

Each participating lady got to choose a DVD from Debra's collection.  I chose cardio with hand weights because I'm working out twice a week already while my children have Homeschool PE.  BUT, after doing some cardio and leg machines, I don't have the energy to do my upper body.  I'll be doing this DVD 3 times a week on the days I'm not at the gym.

At the end of each week, we will be posting our updates - each lady is also choosing how they will gauge their progress.  I'll be keeping track of mine in regards to total inches lost plus watching for a gain in stamina.  I won't be watching the scale.

Disclosure: I received a free copy of this DVD to review. I was not required to write a positive review nor was I compensated in any other way. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the FTC Regulations. I am part of The CWA Review Crew.
