Fitness Friday - ShapelyGirl Fitness Week #3

Again we repeated the saying, "All good plans are subject to change."  However, this week our fitness plans got rearranged not due to sickness, but, due to some much needed time away.  Through a turn of events, we were 100% blessed with an offer that we couldn't refuse.

Forgoing a traditional gym workout, I did manage 2 days with Let's Get Moving! 2, Cardio Toning with Weights DVD AND lots of swimming and walking.  I'm very happy to say that the scale didn't move up and I'm still feeling my stamina rise!

One aspect of this program that I love is reading the testimonials of ladies that Debra Mazda has helped.  Also included on her website, are recipes, forums, and a plethora of other tips and helps.  I hope you'll check them out as well!
